Certain results may take 7-10 business days to receive. Once received, your physician will review the results. At this point, you will receive a call from "Televox" alerting you that your results are available. Televox allows you to obtain your results online or by phone 24 hours a day. Please, do not call the Medical Assistants to obtain results.

- Call the toll free number 1 (866) 655-1344
- When prompted, enter your unique identifier (this is your social security number) Followed by the pound key (#)
- You will then be asked to enter your personal identifier. This is your six (6) digit date of birth. (example March 29,1968 would be entered as 032968) followed by the pound key (#)
- At this point, Televox will give you your name and inform you of how many lab results you have available.
